A Message from the Candidate

Most people don’t think a lot about local government; they pay their taxes, raise their kids and go about their daily lives.  We don’t pay much attention until government starts intruding on our lives.

That is why it is important to not just have a commissioner that lives in our district, we deserve a representative “for” our district.  District 4 represents 20% of Forsyth County’s population, and we deserve a voice.  As Commissioner, the homeowners (my neighbors) will have a champion in their local government.  I will stand firm for conservative values and fiscally responsible government.  I will not accept the status-quo that sees District 4 taxpayers subsidizing politician’s pet projects in other parts of the county.  I am the only candidate from District 4 who is not part of the established Good-ol’-Boys (and Girls).  Every taxpayer deserves a voice, not just the priviliged few.  As Commissioner, the homeowners of District 4 will know that I have their back.

This is the water plan I handed out last night at the debate.  It is a basic outline that would provide a starting point for negotiations. RAW WATER 20 cents / 1000 gallons This will increase the cost to the county approximately $500,000 per year.  Over a 20 year period…..
